How to respond to a vendor quote invitation
For service providers: submit a quote, sign in and check your schedule and invoice status.
For: Service providers invited by Bolld Real Estate Management. A quote invitation does not authorize work, entry or payment.
Send your quote
- Open the quote-request email and follow its job link. Check the request title, scope, deadline and information shared with you. Do not forward your private job link.
- Under Submit your quote, enter Labour, Materials, Call-out, Tax and Other amounts as applicable. The total must be greater than zero.
- Complete Scope and inclusions, Earliest available date, Expected minutes and Quote valid until. Add exclusions or warranty limits where needed.
- Select Submit quote and confirm Quote submitted. Wait for the team to review it; submission does not mean the quote was accepted.
Sign in and find your work
- Select Sign in to see all your jobs, enter the invited email address and select Email me a sign-in code.
- Enter the code from the Bolld email and select Sign in. Check that the workspace shows your provider name.
- Open Schedule for confirmed visits. If there are no confirmed visits, do not treat an invitation as a booked appointment.
- Open Quotes & invoices to check invoice and payout status. Submitted or approved does not mean paid.
Record availability
- Open Quotes & invoices and expand Record availability.
- Enter Starts and Ends using the time zone shown. Ends must be later than Starts.
- Choose Available or Unavailable, add a note if needed, then select Record availability.
- Confirm Saved successfully and check the saved dates and status. Availability alone does not create a visit.
If you get stuck
Check spam for the code and use the same invited email. If the job link says withdrawn, use the newest email or sign in; contact the team if the job is still expected. If a date range cannot save, check both dates and times. Ask the team before attending when access or approval is unclear.
