End of tenancy notice
Moving out of a home bolld manages? Send your notice here. No account needed. We review every notice, confirm the dates with you and plan your move-out.
Before you send
- Under the BC Residential Tenancy Act, you must move out by 1 pm on the last day of your tenancy.
- Set your move-out date to the last day of a month. An earlier date is accepted, but you will not be compensated for the remaining days, and you hand over possession on the day you move out.
- Check your tenancy agreement for its end date. If you have a fixed term, tell us below if you want to leave before it ends.
- A notice sent online or by email counts as received 3 days after it is sent. To end your tenancy on the 30th, send it by the 27th of the month before at the latest.
