How to get an At Ease income estimate
For property owners: enter a home, view an instant estimate and understand the report.
For: Property owners exploring short-term rental income with At Ease.
Get your estimate
- Open https://ateasebnb.com and select Instant Income Estimate. The estimate opens on bolld.com, part of the same service.
- Check that Airbnb income is selected. Enter the Property address, Bedrooms and Bathrooms, then select Continue.
- Check the property summary. Select Change if anything is wrong.
- Enter your Name and Email. Read the contact notice, then select Instant Airbnb Income Estimate once. Wait while your report is prepared.
- Review the Rental income estimate page. Check the address, bedroom and bathroom counts, currency and assumptions. Use Currency to switch the displayed amounts.
Understand the result
The gross estimate is before fees and costs. The management fee used for At Ease is 15%; other expenses can still apply. An estimate is not a promise of income or confirmation that short-term rental is allowed at the address.
Confirm completion
Your report opens after a successful request, and a report email is sent to the address you entered. Check spam or junk if the email is missing. Keep your report link private.

Correct any highlighted fields before trying again. If the report does not open or the email does not arrive, contact info@bolld.ca with the address and approximate request time. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
