How to refer an owner or renter
For referral partners: join, submit a permitted introduction and follow its progress.

People introducing an owner or renter to Bolld Real Estate Management.
Steps
- Open Refer us in the website footer and sign in.
- Read the program terms, enter Your name and select Join program.
- In Referrals & opportunities, select Refer a client.
- Choose Owner introduction or Renter introduction. Enter Client name and Client email; Phone is optional.
- Confirm that you have permission to share the details, then select Refer a client.
- Look for Saved successfully. Open My referrals to see the stage and reward status.
- You can also share Your owner referral link or Renter link from Refer a client.
What happens next
The team reviews the referral. A received referral or pending reward is not a promise of payment; the program terms and qualifying event still apply.
If something goes wrong
Self-referrals are not eligible. If This referral is already recorded appears, check My referrals instead of submitting it again. If your partner profile is awaiting verification or suspended, contact the team.
