Rent as much or as little as suits you. Enjoy your home when you’re there; we host when you’re not.
The management fee is 15% of the net accommodation fee, after booking-platform fees. Cleaning, maintenance, booking-platform charges and taxes are charged outside the fee. Payouts are made by the 15th of the following month, for the reservations that started in the month.

Rules for hosting in Toronto
Only if it is your principal residence. Toronto requires City registration before listing, caps entire-home rentals at 180 nights a year, and condominium rules may prohibit short-term rentals.
Published rules, checked October 21, 2026. This is a summary of published rules, not legal advice. A city rule does not confirm that a particular address qualifies: we check your property with you, and you remain responsible for registration and licences.
City of Toronto registration
Register with the City before listing ($390 a year, non-refundable); one registration per dwelling unit, with proof of principal residence. The registration number must appear in every listing.

Principal residence and the 180-night limit
You may rent only your principal residence. Entire-unit rentals are limited to 180 nights a calendar year. Renters can register; the City advises getting the landlord’s permission or checking the lease.
