How we use your details
This notice explains what happens to the information you send through the enquiry forms on this website: the property enquiry, the partner enquiry and the instant income estimate.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
- The property’s address and what you tell us about it: type, current status, your goals and any note.
- On the partner enquiry: your company or brokerage, the area and your message.
- Your consent choices and when you gave them.
- Technical information used only to protect the form from abuse, such as your network address and the time of the request.
Why we use it
To reply to your request: to contact you about your property, prepare a management proposal and answer your questions. We send news and tips only if you ticked the second box on the form, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Your consent
Sending the form requires this agreement: “I agree that At Ease may contact me by email or phone about this property and my request.”
This one is optional: “Also send me occasional At Ease news and short-term rental tips. I can unsubscribe at any time.”
We keep a record of which boxes you ticked (wording version atease-2026-10-11). You can withdraw either consent at any time by emailing hello@ateasebnb.com.
Who sees it
The At Ease team that handles owner enquiries. Our software and email providers process it on our behalf to store your request and send our replies. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to work with you on your property, and afterwards only as long as the law requires or allows.
